About our Training Hub.

Hounslow’s Primary Care Training Hub was established to focus on the development of General Practice staff, both those working at a GP surgery level as well as in a PCN.

Our primary goals are to:

• Enable our workforce to fulfil their primary care professional ambition.
• Support the retention and recruitment of first-class people in Hounslow.
• Provide our workforce with the skills and knowledge to help reduce inequalities among their peers and patients.

In addition to organising local training and promoting training from our partners in North West London, we also continually seek ways to engage, reward and support our workforce. This includes dedicated training events for nursing, non-clinical, clinical and PCN-based roles. We also use staff awards to encourage the celebration of our workforce, among peers and across our borough.
